If you have a self powered bicycles do that too! We do have one bike rack. Revolutionary Lounge will be in to serve up some coffee delights as well from 8:30-12:00.
Join us for a special Christmas in July B.I.N.G.O. outside at Miss Mindy’s. It is free to register! We will give you give you a 10 pack of game boards and crayons to mark your spots. ( You may bring your own blotter if you wish.) Prizes for winners! No ice cream purchase necessary. Must register each person that will play so that we have an accurate head count.

We will be in Texas for the North American Ice Cream Trade Show! Woo-Hoo! Closed Saturday Nov. 5 - Thursday Nov. 10 and will re-open Nov. 11th -Veteran’s Day!

Mindy will be out of the country exploring ice cream in the Himalayan Mountains! We are planning to open for a few days in December for some winter/holiday flavors.
Sunday Oct. 31 will be our last day of the season as long as we still have ice cream from our last batching! Be sure to come on by to say hi and we will see you for some release sales in the winter then back in April 2022!!!

Hello Ice Cream Framily! We will be closed Easter Sunday to celebrate this joyous holiday at home with our family.
We are SO excited to open our doors to you for SEASON 3 of Miss Mindy’s! We will be serving up the areas most delicious dairy, non-dairy and No Sugar Added treats just for you! This season we will be keeping our rotating flavors for a month at a time ( give or take a few days) rather than 2 weeks, so that you have more time to get in and enjoy each one! We are bringing back past favorites and will have a few more up our sleeve. It has been an amazing winter for our family filled with much fun, but we are so thankful for our ice cream community and can’t wait to see you in the shop!!!
